Lunch time on the U of M campus

So last Friday before our second contracts class of the day (yes SECOND) John, Andi, Kristen and I piled in John’s car and drove over to the U of m’s student union to grab some lunch! Great time walking, seeing the inspiration for one of my family member’s questionable Halloween costume on a student, yelling across a bike path, and asking John in the soda line if he preferred boxers or briefs were just a few of the hilarious lunch time happenings!
Crossing the bridge from the west side of campus to the east side (right? I get confused with the banks…)

Had to stop and document the fallen leaves… Texans they do actually change color and fall! They don’t just turn brown and die! Revelation. Seriously I was stunned by the beauty of this until I realized I was the only weirdo standing still looking at leaves…
THEN…. on the way back to the car to get to our class guess what I spotted?
Quidditch baby! BTW the World Cup is this weekend and since I am the Texas Representative for the IQA (and now the Minnesota Rep) I encourage all of you to go to internationalquidditch.org and check out what is going on in NYC this weekend!
I went to the World Cup back in 2009…
good times…
