part of my “new year new me” mantra is working out, but I find that if I don’t have a plan I tend to go take a nap or eat a pizza… you feel me? So I have started planning out my workouts and when I mean planning I mean lets plan this whole month out! So here is my plan for march:
You can make your own! Don’t forget to really look at your month and figure out when you’ll have time to do these workouts! Notice that I am taking a couple rest days around my vacation time (double yay!).
