so I started this little thing last week… and when I say “little” I actually mean not-little-crazy-for-me-but-I-want-to-kick-my-butt-little. Get it? I made myself a promise that I was going to run a mile every.single.day. this month. Do I need to? Yes. Do I want to? No. Do I really want to? Maybe. So why am I doing this? To challenge myself. Yes I am aware that Thanksgiving is this month and that I will be traveling but I figure if I can do it this month then I really don’t have excuses any other month do I? Plus if I stick to my guns (and I have so far!) then I get to cross off #22 on my Birthday Bucket List for this year!
