My last weekly wish was to eat 10 salads for meals that week. BOOM! I did that! I had to get creative though: spinach, romaine, kale, heck I even had zucchini salad! They were delicious and I felt so good about myself eating all healthy… whhhaaaat! Oh but I did have some pasta… oh well!
This week my wish is to get in bed before midnight! I know some of you are saying ‘Midnight?!?! That is super late!” But in all serious when I am usually up until 2AM this is early!
So let’s do this! Midnight it is! I’ve realized more and more that while I might be able to technically function on less than 5 hours of sleep I do not function well. Sleep is so incredibly important. There is a new TED talk on the left sidebar all about sleep! I love it!
