My last weekly wish was to improve my posture and I think I did really well! I had a sticky note on my desk and in my car and randomly in my notebooks that said “Sit up straight!” “Roll your shoulders back!” “Straight spine!” And at the beginning I had to change my posture each time I saw the notes but recently I found myself not having to change how I was sitting! It was great! I was like oh sit up straight? I’m already doing that!
So to continue this roll I’ve actually got two wishes for the week. I usually try not to overstep because I want to focus on one thing completely but I’ve got some crazy weeks coming up so I need to think about two.
1. Work out 5 times. Happening. Also the victoria’s secret fashion show just filmed and I was like ‘oh great I should probably put down this bagel…’
2. Do not procrastinate. I need my sleep coming up to finals and I would like to be in bed before midnight but putting a time limit doesn’t always work but committing to getting my reading done earlier in the day makes it easier to hit the hay earlier!
